Pros: Makes any drink tropical.
Cons: I don't have any complaints.

I have to say that Malibu Rum is perhaps my favorite in the rum catagory. The possiblities are endless when mixing drinks with this product. My wife thouroughly enjoys Malibu because it is sweet and doesn't have a strong taste as other rum's do.
Making mixed drinks with Malibu
There are two drinks that I make often with Malibu. For those of you who like the taste of coconut I encourage you to try these drinks. In the summer time these are great for bar-b-que's and the like. They are refreshing, and don't leave me feeling thirsty and sluggish. I drink these while I am at the grill, whereas if I were to be drinking my normal Crown and coke I would end up feeling thirsy and hot.
The first drink is called an alien secretion. It requires Malibu rum, madory, and pinepple juice. This drink can be made in the blender for a great frozen drink, just add a few slices of pineapple to liven it up a bit. I usually put a shot of madory(this liquer is rather exspensive about 35 dollars for a fifth), two shots of Malibu, and top the glass off with the pineapple juice.
The second drink is called a jolly rancher. This drink is made the same as the alien secretion, but add a shot of grenadine to it.
These drinks are a hit with most women. My wife calls them her "Fru-Fru" drinks.
The Next day
With a lot of liquers the next day I am usually feeling less than desireable. I have yet to have that feeling with Malibu. I know that all people aren't the same, but in my case I have had great results.
Malibu isn't exspensive I pay 16.99 for a fifth at my local package store. The possibilities with this rum are endless. It has a very tropical taste and leaves a great after taste.
I recommend this rum for summer functions, and for the ladies.
