Pros: Mesa Boogie Rectifier with more color! Emulated Line Output (Direct sounds great!)
Cons: 350 Watts can cause hearing loss.
The Bottom Line: Combine a Marshall JCM800, JCM900, Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier, and a Fender Twin Reverb all together this is what you will get, a Marshall Mode Four at 350 Watts!

I went out to purchase the Mesa Boogie 150watt Triple Rectifier for it's modern rock distortion. After testing the clean tone I found that it lacks a lot and that I would also have to resort to the Fender Twin Reverb for clean tones. Buying these two amps that would have cost me over $2800. The 350watt Marshall Mode Four head was in and I decided to test it. I loved the clean tones from the start and after getting into distortion tones I found that this is the most versatile amp to date. Clean headroom on (CLEAN) channel is greater then the Fender Twin and the 3 distortion tones give you sounds of the JCM800 on the (CRUNCH)channel, JCM900 on the(OD1)channel and tonality similar to the Mesa Rectifiers on the(OD2)channel with more color.
Other advantages of this amp:
Light weight (40lbs) due to uses of only 2 preamp tubes. Emulated Line Output Jack and XLR - for recording direct (sounds great!)
Digital Reverb - independent level control on both amps.
Solo Level control - footswitch level boost up to twice volume.

Loudest Marshall ever made. 350 Watts! (needed to be that powerful for the clean tones)
Best looking head with the new grill. Looks like it’s going to run you over when it’s cranked up and rumbling!
