Pros:Another Batman Animated villain is made
Cons:Lack of everything; exclusive only to MattyCollector.com
The Bottom Line: Unfortunately, Clock King is the disappointment in this bundle. I didn't realize plain can be so... plain.
It's funny how the Clock King became a Batman villain considering he first had his start against Green Arrow. Of course the DC Animated Universe follows its own script, sometimes improving on the original source material. The Clock King that faced off against Green Arrow wore a very loud costume that can be considered a fashion nightmare. So why would the producers of Batman: The Animated Series use a fourth rate villain for their show?

Temple Fugate (a play on the Latin phrase "tempus fugit", meaning "time flies") is a rigid businessman that doesn't deviate from his schedule; he is obsessed with time and punctuality. However, as always the case, one bad day ruins his entire life. He reinvents himself as the Clock King and crosses path with Batman. Surprisingly, this man, who dresses in nothing but business attire, can hold his own against the Dark Knight. His methodical mind eventually serves him well later on as planner and tactician in the Suicide Squad as they infiltrate the Justice League Watchtower. Now the Clock King finally receives his own action figure in the Justice League Unlimited line-up. Unfortunately, there's nothing impressive about it.
Clock King utilizes the same body base as Two-Face and the Question. It makes him just slightly taller than the other JLU figures. He is dressed in a brown business suit with his plain, round glasses. But that's all there is to the figure. The five-points of articulation on his neck, arms and legs are expected on these figures. However, considering that this figure is based on his Justice League Unlimited appearance and not his Batman: The Animated Series one, he is devoid of his hat, cane, and even round clock glasses. This is extremely disappointing considering it helps distinguish him out from the atypical crowd of costumed villains (though a plain suit amongst costumes would stand out more). Without these accessories, his could be any character.
The Clock King is a Matty Collector exclusive figure, meaning that he can only be purchased at MattyCollector.com. The Gotham Villains (Clock King, Harley Quinn, Bane, and Scarecrow) are sold together in a bundle of four-single packs for $30. Considering that this is supposed to be an exclusive figure, I would have expected a lot more. In fact, I would rather see Clark Kent in a plain suit rather than this. Quite honestly, this is the weakest figure in this bundle, but one that cannot be avoided if you want to get any of the other figures.
I'm really disappointed by the Clock King. He is usually portrayed in a three-piece suit and bowler hat, with a pocket watch and glasses resembling clock faces and this isn't the case with the action figure. It's a shame, too, considering that collector's are forced to add this considering they have been clamoring for more Batman villains. In the Clock King's case, it's time to go back to the drawing board.
