After my son's first convertible carseat was recalled, we did thorough research on our next purchase. We found Maxi Cosi Priori and could not be happier!

The padding on the seat is more than comfortable. It is easy to latch in and out of our sedan and was easy to use a seatbelt as well in cars that don't have latch. The guide for the seatbelt is similar to the Britax version, which locks the belt into place.
The cover is easily removed for washing(and believe me you WILL wash it a lot!) and the color never faded, even in the Florida sun.
The cupholder can attach to either side and easily comes off.
The recline feature is nice for front facing toddlers who need sleep on a long drive. You can recline it with one hand.
It is easy to strap you child in but the buttons are hard enough to push that they will never be able to undo their own seat. In fact it took a little while for me to get used to the amount of force I had to use to release the button.
The straps are adjustable in tightness, which is nice during the changing seasons/added bulk in clothes. HOWEVER, you do have to take the straps apart to adjust the height.
We are excited to use this with our new son since my toddler recently grew out of the Priori and upgraded to the Rodi RX!
