Cons: Heavy, doesn't spread very well, a lot of makeup is unreachable.

I definitely liked the Maybelline Cover Stick. I first bought the makeup as I was starting to use makeup to cover my pimples and lines. I wanted to experiment with different types and brands of cover up.
This product was definitely effective for me. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I used it. The redness of my face was reduced, especially dealing with pimples. My pimples were not concealed perfectly, but my face looked remarkably different, which was a plus.
I did feel that the makeup was slightly heavy, especially trying to use it in a larger area of my face, not just as a spot treatment. Sometimes it was slightly sticky and noticeable on my face. I would, however, suggest this cover up to anyone who wants a quick fix for a pimple, especially if your face tends to be red.
