I bought this for my mother, delv on the 6-10th. The auto cycles never dried all the way. Next thing about 10 to 15 days (more like 10 I think)  later stopped drying all together. I called the Maytag they gave me a service company who said dryers are easy.... couldn't find out what part went bad. After talking to someone on the phone a adviser, he ordered parts. I got a call from the Maytag service company, they told me to call Maytag (WHY ME I STILL WANT TO KNOW) to check on the parts. I did. Maytag could not get me the part until 7-30 a month later. I called the company I got it from and complained. They ordered a new one NOT IN STOCK I am getting a new one on 7-9-09 I will see how this one is.
