Neptune Dryer keeps up but has serious lint filter problems.

Pros: This dryer works quickly and efficiently. Multiple settings provide a wide range of drying options.

Cons: The lint trap allows dangerous levels of lint to collect in the machine and vent.

The delightful aspect of our Neptune electric dryer is its ability to dry loads as quickly as its companion washer can clean laundry. The downside is the potentially dangerous lint buildup due to a highly inefficient lint filter. Very little of the lint is trapped in the filter, with the majority of it being sent into the vent. Dog fur tends to collect in a mat around the door rather than being collected into the filter. The design of the machine makes it extremely difficult to remove the buildup of lint that escapes the filter screen.
