jerry427's Full Review: Maytag MHWE300V Front Load Washer
Washer did not work when delivered.  I called the store where I purchased it and they told me to call Whirlpool.  Whirlpool had me try something that didn't work.  The next day I called Whirlpool again, they told me that they would have a repair man contact me.  I received a call from the repair company, who asked me where I bought it, since it wasn't them they wouldn't repair it.  Called the store where I purchased it, they said it would take 4-5 days to replace.  In the mean time they said they would send the floor model until the new unit arrived.  They showed up to deliver a dryer instead of a washer.  I asked them to either deliver the washer that same day or they just need to come pick this unit up.  They chose not to deliver the washer that day, so they are picking up the washer and dryer.  Very frustrating experience.
