i had harmony pump, and I hated it. I got so engorged, and was going to give up breast feeding, but one my friends suggested to invest in this pump, mainly for its let-down function, which only comes in advanced series.
So I got this pump, because, the formula is so dame expensive; also breast milk is the best. If you breast feed ur baby only for 15 days, you will save more than $250

The harmony pump made my nipples sore, this pump is just fantastic. Do get it, it will relive you engorged breast instantly.
