I recently had a baby she was 9'14 and i gained about 70 pounds! At only 5 months pregnant i was already seeing stretch marks on my thighs back and belly so by 9 months they were very bad and i used bio oil throughout my whole pregnancy. it did help to fade them slightly but i wasn't a fan of feeling oily and greasy all the time and i would go through a large $30 bottle every week or two. Now i have used Mederma stretch mark therapy cream for one week and i can see them starting to turn pink...less severe ones have already turned white. and i can see a slight difference in the texture. I put it on twice a day and really rub it in good. it has a nice scent and the cream feels nice and silky on the skin and a little cream covers a large area. The main ingredient in Mederma is onion extract...sounds weird but if you look up onion skins for stretch marks ppl post that it works and would be a cheaper alternative to try. I however have waay too many stretch marks i would have to have an onion bath! I still very much have stretch marks but i am very convinced this product is my best bet. Yes it is pricey but so is every product that doesn't do anything or very little and so is laser treatment so if you want to help reduce the look of your stretch marks your going to have to pay the price but if you have a small amount of stretch marks/scars try the onion skin thing. I know i will always have stretch marks and that you can't get rid of them but i will continue to use Mederma and i will continue to update you on my improvements. I only have one body i might as well try and make it the best it can be i don't want to be embarrassed to wear a bikini my whole life!
