Cons: Some of the paint has chipped off of Princess Ariel
The Bottom Line: Colorful blocks, go with any Mega Blok set. Great for little ones to expand their block empires. Who doesn't need a plastic princess?

I love toys that encourage little hands to work, for this reason we buy a lot of blocks. We have big blocks, little blocks, blocks made of wood, and of course good ole plastic blocks. My two year old Rachel received two sets of the plastic Mega Bloks for Christmas this year. One set she received is the Mega Bloks Disney Block Buddies: Disney Princesses.
What you receive with this little set of Mega Bloks Disney Block Buddies: Disney Princesses is three of the Disney Princesses: Princess Cinderella, Princess Belle, and Princess Ariel.
These blocks are constructed of sturdy, plastic and made to fit on top of other Mega Bloks or they can be left to stand on their own. You cannot stack blocks on top of them though as their heads are shaped.
As I describe these blocks please remember that they are plastic and everything is painted on.
The Princess Cinderella block is wearing a blue dress, it has baby blue colored puff sleeves and a baby blue over skirt, in the front a white panel shows. She has on baby blue elbow length gloves, while her choker/necklace is blue. Princess Cinderella also has on a head band, it is blue on top with baby blue circles at each ear. She has no ears, so these may be large earrings, it is hard for me to tell. Her hair is blond and worn up on top of her head. Princess Cinderella's big blue eyes would melt Prince Charming's heart in mere seconds.
The Princess Belle block is wearing a lovely, yellow, off the shoulder dress. This dress has two layers that are trimmed with a darker yellow ribbon. She has on yellow elbow length gloves, and a yellow bow in her flowing, chestnut colored hair. Belle is holding a pink rose in her right hand. With her big green eyes Princess Belle is looking lovely, just like the night we all saw her dancing with her Beast!
The Princess Ariel block for some reason is not dressed in fine clothes, she is shown as her mermaid character. Princess Ariel is perched on a rock holding a yellow starfish in her hands. The lower half of her body is shaped like a mermaids tail and is green. On Princess Ariel's top half she is wearing a lovely purple bikini top. Her super long hair is red and she has light blue eyes. Princess Ariel is ready to attract the attention of her sweet Prince Eric.
These three Mega Blok blocks are very colorful and quite cute. My daughter plays with them alone and with her other blocks. These little plastic blocks have also made multiple trips into the bathtub with Rachel, for many soapy adventures. This could explain why some of the paint has come off of Princess Ariel's body. The other two blocks look brand new though, so I am not sure why only the one has lost paint.
These three little princesses are compatible with other Mega Blok sets. Be sure to purchase at least one set of blocks to go with these Mega Bloks Disney Block Buddies: Disney Princesses. This way, your child can build a tall tower and have a princess at the top waiting for her prince to rescue her.
For clean up, I just wipe the Mega Bloks Disney Block Buddies: Disney Princesses with a damp cloth.
I gave this toy four stars instead of five, because of the chipping paint. Otherwise they are great.
