Yes, you could easily replace them. They are the same size as a standard cupcake liner.

This looks like something my granddaughters would enjoy. I just have one question. Are the cupcakes the same as real ones so that you could replace the paper liners with the ones I buy for my own cupcake baking if the included ones are lost or destroyed?
