When we moved to our new home 2 years ago, we got a solid surface electric range. I had a hard time adjusting my cooking to the new surface. Who knew that I needed new pots and pans? I've had my Anolon for a few months now and I don't know how I did without them. Nothing seems to stick. I sauteed some onions last night and added about a teaspoon of oil just to keep them from getting dry, they didn't stick even before I added the oil. They heat evenly and quickly. The instructions said to use only med high heat and lower, and they were right. My only complaint about the pans is the rivet where the handle connects to the pot sometimes collects food and can be difficult to get clean. Other than that I love them and wish I had gotten them sooner.
