Pros: Durable and attractive and it cooks evenly!
Cons: I have some non-stick surface coming up. Groves can be difficult to clean.
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this to a novice cook. It is cook ware that is somewhat difficult to use.

We got rid of our old Revere Ware that we had for a long time and finally got some new cook ware. I thought I was buying some really high quality stuff. We did our research, compared the circulon to other brands and other kinds of non-stick. Overall, I would say that the circulon is really nice cook ware but you will have to learn new cooking habits if you want this cook ware to last a life-time like Yan says it can.
When I first got my cook ware I seasoned them like I was supposed to. I think that after a while I just wasn't seasoning them as much as I was supposed too. I have a 12" and 14" skillet that have the non-stick surface coming up. It is mostly coming up in the middle of the pan and there is really nothing that I can do about it. I don't think I was careful enough. I personally think that it is probably my fault that the surface is coming up.
I have never had a problem with things sticking to the pans even with the surface coming up. I make a great breakfast of scrambled eggs and I can always get the eggs right off the bottom of the pan. There are times that I make some sauces in the saucepans and it will stick in the grooves and that can be difficult to clean. I think that they came out with a tool that will help you clean out those grooves. I just have never purchased it. I think that the pans are pretty easy to clean.
I do have one pet peeve about the cook ware, I can't put it in the dishwasher. There are too many phosphates in the detergent and the water is too hot for the non-stick and that can ruin it. I do not mind hand washing it too much though.
I do like the fact that I can have the temp at medium and still have my food cook quickly. These pans cook nice and evenly all the time. I have never had a problem with hot spots and cold spots. They are pretty impressive. Now that this cook ware is two years old I have finally learned the correct way to use it. I don't think I will replace the pans that are peeling with other pieces of circulon because it is expensive to replace. The next cook ware that replaces this will probably be the water less cook ware that is out there. I will have to do more research.
I think that if you want cook ware that is non-stick and is of good quality. Then it is worth it to get circulon as long as you follow the directions and use it correctly. I know it seems like a lot of work, no metal utensils, only hand washing, have to season with oil at least twice a month, and cooking on no higher then medium heat. There are lots of do's and don'ts but from my understanding most non-stick pans have the same do's and don'ts as circulon.
