My husband and I have owned our Circulon for years, and it's the only cookware we'll use. We love the even heating that the concentric grooves provide, and also appreciate that it is a product that lasts and lasts.
The advantage of the Circulon is that the pans cook food quickly and evenly; there aren't any "hot spots", so food doesn't burn. Circulon is low-maintenance...wash and dry, and "season" occasionally by rubbing the cooking surface with a light cooking oil.
The pieces are extremely durable, with handles that are tightly and seamlessly riveted/welded to the pans and lids-no more loose, wobbly handles or screws to tighten! They are also very simply designed-steel and gray, no garish colors, and very smooth, comfortable handles.
Simmering and boiling are made much more efficient by the tight-fitting metal lids. Also, many of the larger skillets, griddles and woks have "helper handles", which make spills almost obsolete.
The wide variety of Circulon sets and open stock pieces are moderately priced, and the manufacturer also makes utensils and accessories to satisfy the needs of nearly any cook. Circulon is great for the avid cook, and would make a wonderful bridal gift.
