Pros: Cook food evenly and easily.
Cons: Non stick surface wears off.
The Bottom Line: Try another brand. But I think these non stick surfaces all wear off eventually no matter what they say.

| amyr237's Full Review: Meyer Circulon Skillets |
Hi. I have had my Circulon set for a little over 3 years now. I am an avid cook. I am very dissatisfied with Circulon. The 10 inch skillet I have now is useless. The non stick coating is peeling off and black bits of food are stuck in the groves. I followed the manufacturers directions for usage and cleaning. I do not use Pam or any other non stick sprays, I have none in the house. I use butter or a mist of regular olive oil. I clean the pans after usage with a mild soap, no scrub brushes except for the Circulon cleaning brush. I did not put them in the dishwasher, I only recently moved into a place with one. I did everything they said yet the non stick surface is now peeling like crazy and there are black bits of what must be food in the grooves. The other pieces in my set are not so bad off as I use the skillets the most. They too have black bits that won't come off in the bottom of the pans, especially the 1 and 2 quart pots I have. I am looking into replacing my set with Cook's Essentials sold on QVC. Or I may use what my mom always did and that is Revere Ware and just buy new skillets every couple of years so I can use Pam. To send the pan back to Circulon for a replacement you have to send them $15 for shipping and then you have to ship it and insure it. By the time you do that you could buy a replacement piece elsewhere. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Circulon to anyone in the future.
