I have never liked non stick cookware---ALL of it eventually flakes and chips----the only permanent non stick cookware is made by Le Cruesset---porcelain clad cast iron---it is heavy and expensive, but it lasts forever.

This was a very nice first review. I'm sorry these skillets haven't lived up to your expectations, though.
If I could suggest one thing to help your Reviews, though, it would be to break them up into short paragraphs, double-spaced between them. This way the readers with smaller monitors can read them more easily, and it makes a review look better to be laid out that way.
