Our stay at the MGM Grand was unsatisfying in so many ways. It's pricey and you get a terribly normal room. The one outstanding feature of the rooms are the bathrooms, marble tubs and they're huge. But the rooms themselves are completely non-descript.
It's floor plan is not at all convenient. You have to walk and walk and walk to get to the pool or the eating areas. Also, it's even more smoky than most casinos/hotels in Las Vegas.
The pool is nice. It has a floating lazy river that's fun.
Customer service is abysmal! From check-in to any concerns, MGM Grand has an indifferent attitude.
The Rainforest Cafe made us all sick and was over-priced.
