A worthy addition to your Xbox collection

Pros:Great Graphics, fun gameplay, incremental advancement of skills
Cons:Some tricks difficult to master, annoying soundtrack.
The Bottom Line: Very fun game. The variety of runs and challenges should keep you playing it even after you've mastered all the challenges.
Amped is an excellent snowboarding sim, with many interesting features:
-Lots of gameplay levels... and room to roam about within the different runs.
-Interesting challenges.. with actual rewards (new board choices and clothes) and advancements to your skills.
-Should be highly replayable... considering variety in courses.
The only negatives I can think of are the difficult to master trick moves and the lamo indie soundtrack. This is very typical of this genre, at least in my experience. I have to say though, that the tricks are much easier to learn than Transworld surfing for instance. As for the soundtrack... either turn it off or burn your own using the built in xbox music interface (very cool).
