Pros: Keys are in the correct (classic) position.
Cons: The depth of the keyboard requires more space.
The Bottom Line: Cost a little more but if you are picky about keyboards, look no further!

Unlike other clones of this keyboard, it is faithful to the classic style keyboard in the sense that the PageUp/PageDown, Insrt/Delete, Home/End, and the arrow keys are where we've been used to (been using computer keyboard since the IBM 5150 days). So if you are picky like myself on the position of your keys and yet are looking for the ergonomic keyboard setup, this keyboard is for you!
Also, the "6" key is on the left side rather then on the right (yes, I'm picky, but some ergonomic keyboards places the "6" button on the right half, and if you're a touch-typist, you would expect to strike the "6" with your left hand).
One-touch macro key to mute and adjust volume is an extra plus!
The keyboard feels a little stiff but you'll get used to it.
This is a must get keyboard for programmers like myself who are picky about the keyboard (after all, programmers type more then click mouse buttons)! Even if you already have an ergonomic keyboard, once you switch to this one, you won't go back!
I bought it when it first came out so I've paid quite high (approximately $75 or so) but these days, you can get it for quite lower. I've bought other ergonomic keyboards since then for my other PC's and for work (because they were cheaper) but I've always end up regretting my purchase (you get what you pay for). As the heading says, it's a little more pricey then an average keyboard but it's worth the cost!
