Pros: Ergonomics, USB connection, integrated USB hub, hot buttons
Cons: Size (very large), Ergonomics not so good for someone with small hands
The Bottom Line: A great keyboard with soft, quiet keys and lots of extras (resource savings, convenient USB ports, and hot buttons), though it does take up an extraordinary amount of space.

| ajritz's Full Review: Microsoft Natural Pro (B61-00002) Keyboard |
First, let me say, I love this keyboard. I have been a fan of the Microsoft Natural Keyboard layout since the original Natural Keyboard came out several years ago. When I upgraded my computer recently, I decided to upgrade the keyboard as well, mostly to take advantage of the built-in USB hub and conserve limited system resources.
I've been using this keyboard now for about a month, and it's everything I'd hoped for. The keyboard plugs into a USB slot on the computer case, and then I plug a USB mouse into the keyboard hub. This keeps the mouse cord from having to stretch over to the computer case on the floor and keeps it out of the tangle of other cords in the back of the case. That still leaves one USB port open on the keyboard of the MP3 player - much easier than reaching around the back of the case to load a few songs. One important note, the keyboard includes a PS/2 plug as well as a USB plug and the Quick Start guide suggests that you should plug in both. This is totally unnecessary, as long as you have a newer motherboard that will recognize a USB keyboard on startup. I only use the USB plug and the keyboard works great.
The keys are very quiet, though some would complain that they're a bit mushy. I like them, but I've been using Natural keyboards for some time now, so I'm used to it. My wife has smaller hands than I do, and she does complain sometimes about the key reach caused by the natural layout, but it's perfect for me and really does relieve wrist strain.
The hot buttons across the top of the keyboard are a nice little "bell and whistle". I find that I use the E-mail, Homepage, and My Computer buttons the most frequently. I haven't even bothered to install the software that comes with the keyboard, though I probably will eventually, as it allows you to customize the hot buttons.
The only real drawback to this keyboard from my perspective is its size. The thing is HUGE, and with the feet in the up position (to provide for a better typing angle) my keyboard drawer can't be closed. Overall, this keyboard is a great choice for the IRQ-challenged who like to connect lots of devices without wasting precious resources.
