Pros: Great features, keys arent too loud, nice feel.
Cons: Price, maybe? That's about it.
The Bottom Line: Handy buttons as far as the eye can see, AND 2 USB ports? You can't go wrong!

| onextruexhope's Full Review: Microsoft Natural Pro (B61-00002) Keyboard |
The Microsoft Keyboard Pro was a great investment for me. I was looking for a new keyboard (replacing my compaq internet keyboard), and I was just going to settle on a new internet keyboard. Well, once I found the Keyboard Pro, I knew I was onto something. I payed about 50 dollars for it, but it was honestly well worth my money.
This keyboard has a great amount of features on it. There's a row of buttons at the top that will launch or execute different things. There's a back button, a forward button, stop and refresh (for internet browsing). There is a search button, a favorites button and a home button (again, internet browsing). All of these said buttons are customizable for whatever browser you're using (i.e. setting the "home" button to your home page), etc. After that sequence of buttons is the Mute, volume keys, play/pause, stop, prev track, next track and media buttons which all control cd audio, and mp3 audio, and so on. I find these buttons extremely handy when it comes to adjusting volume and executing CD's in my computer. I couldn't ask for a more efficient way of managing my music and sound than these buttons. It saves a lot of time this way. To the right of the keyboard you'll find 3 (not always common on most internet keyboards) very usefull buttons. My Computer, Calculator and Sleep. These buttons are so handy! Within one push I can acess my computer, or the calculator which is a common application I think most people use frequently. Having those buttons there are a big help. The sleep button comes in handy as well, instead of going into the menus on the computer I can push the botton and viola! My computer is sleeping.
However, the SINGLE most useful aspect of this keyboard is:
The 2 USB ports located in the back of the keyboard. I couldn't have been more thrilled to know that I had 2 extra USB ports that were much needed on my computer, located in something I already had to buy. I didn't need a huge amount of USB ports, but my computer only came with 4, and I needed an extra 2, so how perfect was that? That is the single most USEFUL thing this keyboard could ever have offered.
The rest of the keyboard is fairly standard. The keys arent extremely loud at all and it's comfortable to the touch. It comes with a wrist rest, but I wouldn't reccomend using it. I bought a gel wrist rest instead and I find it to be MUCH more comfortable than the plastic one.
All in all, it's a good investment. I'm very happy with it and would reccomend it to anyone.
