boeingman1's Full Review: Microsoft Wireless Adapter for Xbox 360
I have had my Xbox wireless adapter for several years now. Initially I had problems setting it up and on ocassion I have to go into Xbox and reconnect the network connection.
It doesn't work flawlessly but it does work. When my Xbox broke, I hooked the wireless adapter up to my Dish TV DVR so that the DVR was connected to the internet which allowed me to control my DVR from any computer on the internet and also order movies and download interactive content.
The older style required that you plug the transformer into a wall but this unit gets its power from a USB plug which goes right into the Xbox.
I stream Netflix, Youtube, and play online gaming without lagging or any type of streaming problem.
