Pros: Does the job perfectly
Cons: Having to use your X-Box with a TV that dosen't have A/V connectors.
The Bottom Line: Though this adapter is the WORST way to VIEW and Hear your X-Box. This adapter is the BEST way to do it

Ok so you have an old TV you want to use with Your New X-Box or maybe it is just a second TV that you want to use it with. The issue here is that this TV does not have audio and video connections on it ...What do you do? Use the RF connector. Now I have to tell you that this is not the best way to see your X-Box. In fact it is the worst way to do it. But faced with no choice here is you what to do. Go out and spend the $19.99 (same price as all the other adapters) and buy the Xbox RF Adapter. The adapter has three connections on it and you can't go wrong one plug's into the TV. One into the X-Box. The other allows you to do this while still having cable box or a VCR connected and acts as a pass through. The little Black unit is well made and operates on channel three or four (switch selectable).
Simple, plug it in and play your X-Box.
As a interesting point all of the X-Box adapters seem to be recognized by the X-Box and in the case of the Xbox RF Adapter the audio menu changes to limit your options.
I have found that when using the Xbox RF Adapter the audio is a TAD LOW and needs to be turned up on the TV.
So faced with this unfortunate choice of having to use a TV with no audio and video connections I have to say that the Xbox RF Adapter is a good choice
