Pros: I think I would have liked this if it did not have this flaw.

Cons: Poor adapter plug in.

just got a brand new Microsoft Zune for Christmas. Only got to use it about 3 times before it stopped working. My wife also bought me all kinds of accessories to go with it. So, we have a lot of money invested in it. Apparently, there is a flaw in how the carrying case is made, and it makes it seem like you need to insert the power adapter into to port upside down. The port is not made in a shape that rejects the incorrect plug in, so the result is bent prongs on the port. Microsoft will not replace. I am out about $300.
