Fast acting but not long lasting...

Pros: Fast acting, good for short PMS, easily swallowed tablets, good packaging
Cons: High caffiene, wears off easily, not reliable, causes irritability.
The Bottom Line: A good product, but not dependable for girls with severe symptoms.

I first used this product on anothers reccomendation, partially because they were trying to think up good conversation subject, and partially because I was screaming and gripping my bedspread.
I am a woman with severe menstrual syndrome and when I get pms, I cannot stand up. It is so bad, that I really have to shut my life down for a while and just lie, and scream and moan.
5 minutes after taking Midol, it was like a million knives had been subtracted from my body, I lay for about another 20 minutes and then was able to stand up. I still felt strong discomfort, but, the doubled over moaning and crying feeling was absoloutely gone. This product is so fast acting! I found though, that in 2 hours my pain was back and I had to take more.
The next day when I had it,it didn't seem to work very well. Everytime you use it, it's effect on you lessens, this is because of the major amount of caffiene in this product. Just about the whole thing is acetometophene and caffine.
This product is very good for temporary pain relief, but, if you are looking for something you can rely and depend on, this cannot be used for very long. Girls with short PMS, this product is for you, girls with long PMS, you may need a prescripted drug.
Next period it works like a charm again, for one or two days. So girls, you may need prescriptions for severe PMS.
Another bad thing about this is that it made me very irritable, this, AGAIN, is because of the high caffiene index.
