Good But Could Be Better

Pros: Addictive and Fun

The Bottom Line: It's a half decent game, but wait until the EASPORTS one comes out.

NHL HITZ is overall a good game but needs improvements in different areas.

First of all, there are not real hockey arenas in this game. This is a major let down for the hardcore hockey gamer. Also, it's not realistic as many other hockey games in the past have. This one has weird celebrations like lightning bolts hitting the players and others. Another thing is the gameplay. It doesn't have the real hockey game lifelike that a game should have.

On the other hand, the graphics are a big plus. Usng the Xbox graphics engine, the producers made a great job using this. Also, the players are smooth and have authentic teams.
