Miz Mooz Pookie Wedge
I absolutely love my Miz Mooz Pookie shoes! I took a client to a house and noticed her gorgeous red shoes right away and all of the sudden was thrown into the world of Miz Mooz. The Pookie wedge is quite unique and the second I saw them, I knew I had to have a pair. Luckily the client took her shoes off to go through the house I was showing her and I got to steal a glance at the brand name!
Purchasing, Sizing, Colors...
I found my Miz Mooz Pookie wedge shoes at Nordstrom. They are available all the way up to size 11 and also come in half sizes! This particular shoe is more of a soft rubber heel with gorgeous soft leather on the upper portion. The Pookie wedge is available in black, red, brown, and green. I am in love with the Miz Mooz red right now and got my Pookie shoes in red.
Sizing seems pretty close to what should be right. The leather is firm enough to hold its great shape, but also soft enough to be quite comfortable after about two wears. I only had blisters the first two times wearing these shoes and just on parts of my toes. After that, no problems at all and I seem to always want to pull these out to wear because they go with everything!
Comfort and Style?
The style of these is wonderful with folded over leather detail and I have to tell you that now I have strangers coming up to me telling me how much they love my shoes and asking where they can get them. They just went on sale for half off and I might just buy another pair for the day that these might wear out, although I will say that after two months of very steady wear they still look brand new. They are very well made!
So my recommendation?
Buy these shoes!!!!! They are about half off now in the $40 to $50 range if you shop around!
