My daughter who is now 7 loves to play board games. She has always wanted to play monopoly with the adults but it was just too complicated for her. So we looked into the junior versions.

We have the Monopoly junior lemonade stand version. The game allows for 2-4 players, ages 5-8. Instead of hotels, there are cute little lemonade stands colored for each player to place on the board when they buy a street. The money is a lot less to help children with counting. The same concept is applied to this game as to the regular monopoly only fun for kids and easier for them. You roll the dice decide whether to buy a spot, if you do you put a stand with your color on it, if not you keep going. If someone lands on it they owe you, if you own two they owe you double. The highest price is $5 so it makes math easy.
I like that this game can teach a number of things, saving money, counting money, adding and subtracting in a very fun way.
A con I thing would be maybe a storage container for the money and lemonade stands which would help with sorting out the pieces later.
