Cons: Only worked for 6 months.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy. Very expensive and only lasts one season. Extremely poor customer service. I got nothing but the run around. Original company no longer in business.

This product worked flawlessly the first season. I had it set up in the wilderness of Alaska where the mosquitoes are unbelievably thick. Didn't completely eliminate them, but made a significant difference in the amount we had. The purchase price was around $725 at Costco. This season (2007) I started it the second week in May and it ran without incident until the propane ran out. When I switched propane bottles, it initially started up (the yellow light came on)but it consistently quit working before the green light came on. I used the reset tool on the propane bottle and did all the maintenance stuff in the users manual and it will not work. This was an extremely expensive piece of equipment that only worked for 6 months. It was covered and stored in a heated garage for the winter months. Also, when I called for support (on the East Coast) they stated that the company had been sold, but gave me a toll free number in California. I have gotten nothing but a busy signal at that number after numerous tries. It probably doesn't work for people calling from Alaska. I also have two other friends that bought this product and they had the same problems I'm having. I certainly will not purchase this product again or recommend it to anyone else.
