Yeah, we just stuck it out because it was so late. And yes, I have sent letters to Accor.

....Wow, I feel terrible that you ended up staying in this awful Motel 6. I am guessing that the only reason you stayed because it was after 10 pm. You're right - there are actually clean, decent Motel 6 motels, but this one gives them all a bad name. I especially feel bad that your daughter had to sleep on a (filthy) floor! and then to have to pay $70 for something so disgusting is adding insult to injury. Do you plan to contact headquarters?

Thanks for sharing and, as Kate said, showing some restraint. The fact that this didn't sink into a diatribe, as well it might, shows how unsatisfactory it was and how unbiased you were when writing this.

Given your experience, I think your review is a picture or restraint. My negative review would've been far more shrill. I hope the letter you sent to Accor will get a response of some kind.
