The Bottom Line: I have recommended this phone to several people (three) and they are all very pleased with the performance of this phone. Go for it....it's well worth the price.
ckkopenski's Full Review: Motorola MA351 2.4 GHz 1-Line Cordless Phone
We bought two of these phones to replace a GE multi-handset system that we had for only 30 days. The Motorola phones were a great improvement over the GE model.
The sound is very good and the 'bells and whistles' such as back lit keypad and display are nice as well. I love the how the rubber grips on the sides of the phone are so 'beefy'. For the price this is a great phone. We paid $39 each for ours at Circuit City, and I see them on sale for $29 now.
The only gripe I have is that the phones DO NOT come with the wall mount bracket inside your box. You have to call to get them sent to you (free of charge). The call center where this goes is most definitely not in the United States. I had to call 3 times to get my wall brackets sent. Why they don't just put them in the box is sort of annoying. I realize they figure a certain percentage of folks don't use the wall mounts, so why make the box bigger to include them....just make the folks call. This part was very annoying as the folks in this call center were very very difficult to understand (sounds like they are in India). I ended up having to escalate (after not receiving the wall mount a month later) to someone at Motorola. I called the HQ in Illinois and complained to someone there....they ended up sending me the wall mount.
