It answers calls just fine but I can't connect with outgoing calls. It looks like it is paired, my Treo shows the headset icon. The H500 even sounds like it is ready to make a call... but then I dial and I end up picking up my phone to my other ear to talk. Took it back to Verizon. They had my phone and H500 for 90 minutes and then told me there is no problem. In reading up on this (after I purchased it, of course) I come to find other people with Treo's have had similar issues. (I knew I wasn't crazy!) Don't buy the Motorola H500 if you have a Treo 700p with Verizon.
