This particular headset I see as a great way to communicate hands free. It is very easy to use and great for when driving. My experience with this particular product has been great. I never have to use my hands. I can do more than one thing just by the touch of a button.This product is easy to connect to your current cell phone. The battery life on this blue tooth is great. I have not had a problem with the battery dying yet. This blue tooth is very convenient and has many different features. It fits snug onto my ear without moving around like other models I have bought in the past 2 years. I have found that you have to set up a lot of phone numbers which is a pain unless you have some downtime to set them up but other than that I think this is a very reasonable product and feel that it is well worth the cost and is very effective. I feel that this blue tooth in particular has been a lot easier than the ones I have gotten in the past which were difficult. If you are looking for a good blue tooth don't try saving money and buying a cheaper one cause you will find they are much more inefficient than ones of higher cost. There is such a thing at times called you get what you pay for. With this model you are getting every bit of what you payed for it. The lifespan is extensive and I have not found it to have any defects since the purchase date. It comes with easy to use instructions telling you detail for detail how to use this and how to set it up with your phone. Even as upgraded technology you don't find a lot of difficulties in using this product.
