This unit's blue activity light puts it at the top of my cool list. Very inconspicuous behind the ear design. Fit is superior as you'd have trouble shaking this baby loose getting whipped around in a tornado. Incoming sound quality is good even when car windows are down. Battery life is far better than anything i've used before at 10 hours talk and 12 days standby (my actual results). Buttons are small but easily accessible while headset is in use. Voice dial works well. If it was only for these points, the H605 would easily surpass any unit for tops on my recommendation list, BUT... The outgoing sound on this earpiece makes it almost unusable in many instances. The mic picks up EVERYTHING. I have to give the H605 a thumbs down based solely on this point. If you're interested in the cool factor, this item is the one for you, but the overall rating must drop just because of the poor outgoing sound quality
