They don't have version 4 on here yet, but Phone Tools is absolute garbage. Grossly incompetent in every category of software design and implementation.
When you combine it with the pathetic Motorola operating system on your phone, you wind up with something less capable than you'd ever imagine.
Mangled Outlook Contact categories, endless warning dialogs about contacts you haven't even selected for syncing, continual inexplicable failures to detect the phone just seconds after it was connected fine, large windows that have the MINIMIZE BUTTON DISABLED so you have to drag it all over your screen if you need to refer to anything on your desktop... it's a wonderland of stupidity.
Perhaps programming tools have made software development accessible to people who are too stupid to carry it out effectively. But no: We're talking about a total and inexcusable lack of common sense.
