I bought this product last year because when I am off the job and not at home people need to reach me. This product came with a year of paid airtime along with the products purchase for $49.95. I thought this was reasonable so I purchased it. My first impression about the phone, was sleek, stylish, and really small. Unfortunately it came to be too small. I have big hands so it was unfortunate that I often pressed two buttons at the same time, causing me to dial multiple wrong numbers. Sometimes, I would go to press send to talk to my boss while at the same time disconnecting him by pressing end. It was a real bummer. Otherwise it was a positive experience, especially the way it wrapped around my face when you put it to your ear. That way when i did get connected I came through really clear. Another perk was the battery options. The company offers many different batteries with a reasonably long battery life. The options allow you to go sleek, or bulk up for the day. However, because of my little finger problem, I had to look elsewhere. My search leaded to the nokia 5690 because it also got good reviews, and the phone had slightly bigger buttons spaced out better. But if your hands aren't that big then I absolutely insist that you purchase this phone! Good luck!
