| z28power's Full Review: Motorola V2397 Cell Phone |
I got this phone when I signed up for my AT&T Plan about 1.5 years back. The phone had a great deal, and I ended up paying next to nothing for the phone. It was nice at first, until my friend got another phone for less than mine, with better features. The phone is difficult to navigate, and skimps on many features other, less expensive phones have. Custom ringtones are not included, wireless web is not a feature on this phone either. The numbers on the keypad wear off quickly, I can not even see my 7, send, or end buttons anymore. The batteries (yes batteries, they almost look like to AAA batteries on the back plate) failed to hold a full charge after only a few months, and the plastic covers feel pretty cheap, and is shown by the wear on the buttons.
Once you get used to this phone, it isn't that bad to use, however.
