As anyone who has suffered from a migraine knows, you will try just about ANYTHING to get relief from a headache and carry on with your life...and since this is non prescription, it seems worth a try....Well, it does work for a tension or stress related headache; afterall, it is ibupofen, which is an antiinflammatory...but that's all that it is! There are NO other medications in this! One could save themselves money and use a generic form of the drug and achieve the same results..a true migraine sufferer will most likely not get enough relief with this and need ad rug with more ingredients. SO I have used this with a "minor" headache and have foregone this when I sense a "killer coming on".....
