Pros: Fun for a rainy dayq
Cons: A little for a child to set up
My sister received this game as a Christmas gift many many years ago when she was younger. I can't believe the game is still a hit.
Now my daughter is 5 years old and has been begging for one of these games for her Birthday which is a ways off from now. Everytime my daughter and I go looking at rummage sales or the Goodwill store she will see one of these games but I tell her we will buy it brand new someday as the one's that our second hand usually are missing pieces or are broken.
This game is sturdy and somewhat durable. Though the colors of the pieces are brighter and have changed since my Sister owned one. We did buy one a few years ago from a rummage sale only to find out half the pieces were missing so we ended up tossing it out.
The game is still a classic after all these years. I always enjoyed watching the marble roll through the contraptions to make the necessary movements in order to trap the mice or mouse.
My daughter surely thinks this is one of the most funnest games on the planet and I guess that's why she wants one so badly.
This game is sure to please anyone's taste for adventure and like for the unusual. It it great when played on a rainy Summer afternoon when you and the kids are stuck inside and you have to listen to them say "we're bored".
