We received this Mr. Coffee coffeemaker two years ago as a wedding gift.  It gets used anywhere from twice a week to everyday, depending on my work schedule.  I've replaced the carafe once when something fell on it in the sink.
I like:
The electroluminescent clock.  It is bright enough to make a nightlight in the kitchen, plus it looks nice.
It's programmable.
It has an auto off, which prevents coffee from cooking all day and burning to the carafe.
Adjustable temperature on the hotplate.
Even though I don't use it, the steal a cup feature works pretty well as long as basket is kept clean. If coffee grounds spill under the filter it might cause it to leak
The base unit still works like new and still looks good.
It beeps to let you know its completed, which is helpful. 
It also beeps when two hours has gone by, which is nice if I want to reset it and keep the morning coffee a little longer on Sunday mornings
I dislike:
The carafe. Where the glass met the plastic at the top leaked on mine after 2 months. I took it apart and resealed it with silicone.
I'm grading the unit 3 on durability because of the carafe.  
Its a poor design, because not only can it leak, but its also harder to reach my hand in to clean it.
You can't clean the freshwater tank.
