Pros: nothing
Cons: The only thing is expels is money from your wallet, not mucus!
The Bottom Line: Stay away from it, as it doesn't work.

It doesn't work and we both went through 2 bottles in a week, since they tell you to take the 20 pills per bottle in a week for relief & we sound like we have pneumonia afterwords!
After falling for their ad with the way we are up all night coughing away & cough syrups are doing nothing, I bought the product for each of us.
The instructions state to melt product on tongue, not to break apart or chew, but the taste is too overwhelming in a horrible category, so eat cheese with it or drink something besides water. We were not breaking up mucus at all. And what is more confusing is that is is an expectorant which is to break up the mucus & have you spit it out, but it is also a cough suppressant which means it turns off the cough.
So on day 10 I phoned the Adams Respiratory Therapy Co & they tells me they are sorry it didn't work, and that we should see my doctor for a good antibiotic for our cold. Excuse me but I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV but even I know from posters in the Doctor's office that colds/flu are a virus & antibiotics do not work on them. So these folks have not a clue about health.....
A true rip off in my book & they do not send a refund. So don't' buy it & you will thank me for warning you!
