with all the essentials:) on meeting the essential requirements for vitamin intake. Have you heard of "whole food" vitamins? the health food store owner recommended these to me, despite that they're quite a bit more expensive, she's totally enamoured with them. Just wandered if anyone else had used them?... Again, great writing and Thanks, Gina

I knew I wasn't the only one who used to spell dietitian as dietician! Heeheehee. You know, I get most of my nutrients from my Spiru-tein shake and my diet. Great essay, though, "expert"!
