soldierzside's Full Review: James Frey - My Friend Leonard
The book "My Friend Leonard" is an awesome, real life touching story. I absolutely could not put the book down. The author makes you feel like you are in the story and you feel the emotions the character feels. This book will make you laugh and make you cry. It is a must read for anybody no matter what their favorite genre of book is. You should also read the prequel " A Million Little Pieces" also by the author James Frey. "My Friend Leonard" picks up right where "A Million Little Pieces" left off, where James got out of rehab and is starting his new sober life. A man he met, and made friends with in rehab, Leonard, helps James along his journey and is there for him when James needs him. There are a few things I don't like about the book, one is that there is no sequel to it which is a disappointment. Second and finally is there are a lot of curse words in the book, which might bother some of the other readers. Recently James Frey was said to made up all of the stuff in the books, this could be possible, but it would still not stop me from reading this wonder authors books.
