Naked Naturals is the first shampoo I have found in a regular store that is really good for your hair... Most shampoos have Laurel sulfates, or the like, which make a nice lather, but actually ruin you hair.

Naked Naturals has no Laurel sulfates, DEA , animal by products, synthetic frangrances, or harsh chemicals. It is not tested on animals and is PH balanced.
I am over 40 and my hair is beginning to thin. I read that by not using Laurel sulfate shampoo I might be able to stop the thinning. I have not used this shampoo long enough to vouch for that , but it sure does make my hair look nice, and easier to manage. It does not feel stripped, dry and frizzy.
You don't need much, so don't over do it, it does not make gobs of lather. You have to be aware of that, but it cleans just fine. No over powering scent. If you are sensitive to a lot of those super smelly shampoos you will like this. One of the good ingredients is plant derived Keravis. this is a protein that will increase hair strength.
It comes in several scents, but again, they are not overpowering, just nice and light.
I was able to find it at my local drug store, usually these type of products are only at 'healt food stores'. It does cost more, but don't let that deter you, remember you only use about half as much as with regular shampoos.
