Pros: Easy to use, can use with other medications
Cons: Taste and cost
The Bottom Line: Buy it if you don't mind nasal sprays, it works after a while but you may have to use additional medicine for relief in the meantime.

What is it: Nasal Allergy Spray
Where to buy: Any drug store or retail store (got mine at Wal-Mart)
Cost: $8-9 each
How long does it take to work: They say 1-2 weeks on the box, it took 4 weeks to start working for me
June 22nd:
I bought this 18 days ago when my allergies (grass pollen allergy) started. I never have severe allergies, so I thought it would 'cure' me of my mostly minor symptoms. I did the full 2 weeks as recommended on the package (and then some) and it just didn't work. If I take it with sudafed every 4 hours I find fairly good relief (not total but okay), if I use it with Claritin I seem to have no symptoms... but alone it just doesn't work. I can deal with most symptoms, but it would be really nice not to have itchy eyes and a runny nose for the pollen season.
So it's back to sudafed for me, that's the only thing that works well enough to be tolerable (except you can't take it for over 4-6 days). I was looking for a cure (without allergy shots or prescriptions), but this isn't it. It has to be done every 2-4 hours and the taste that drips down your throat is not a pleasant one. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with harsh allergies unless you have no other choice (meaning you can't take Sudafed or other pills).
July 13th UPDATE:
I have to update this review to be fair. I took this for 2 1/2 weeks initially and it did not work, but all of a sudden last week (yes, even after a bad review I kept taking it... hoping it would kick in, plus I'd already spent the money) it started working! I even tested it (not believing it was working) by stopping for 24 hours and back came the sneezing and itchy eyes. So, to be fair to the product, it finally is working. For me it took over a month to kick in, but I kept at it because of the good reviews it had gotten from friends and my doctor. Also I loved the idea of being able to use this product all the time or even with another medicine if the symptoms were severe. Even if it tastes a little bad, you get used to it, and it's worth it once it starts working.
