Pros: Affordable with little side effects.

Cons: I had to take 2 pills twice a day instead of 1.

I bought this product at Wal Mart in Canada and it was relatively cheap in price. I've been taking this for 3 days now with very little side effects and I've lost 2 pounds! Normally when I take diet pills I get jittery and I feel horrible. This product is very gentle and easy to take.I don't feel hungry and I have a little more energy. The product even gives you Canada's food guide to follow and a sample menu along with the product. Good luck to anyone who is struggling with weight like I do !!!
