I am not sure how I lived without this stuff. Just discovered it a few weeks ago after a friend highly suggested it. She told me you just sprinkle it on the mess and come back in a little while and VACUUM it up. Yes just suck it up in the vacuum.
Since I just bought a $400 vacuum cleaner I was a little wary of this. So far this is not a worry. The Nature's Miracle sprinkles turn whatever the mess is into a dry grit that can be sucked right up. It also pulls the moisture out of the carpet! No more whipping out the carpet shampooer and having a wet spot on the floor for the rest of the day!
I have 6 cats, cats that have hairballs and the occaisional accident. This may sound gross but I used to just me happy I had brown carpet to cover the stains, now I know I can someday have good floors and pets in the same house.
The sprinkles themselves smell kinda like cedar and look like fine woodchips. Very pleasant smell. You sprinkle them about a half inch thick over what you are trying to clean up. If you have a lot of messes you could end up using this stuff up pretty quick but it does come in a large container. It works kinda like kitty litter but it also disolves the matter and absorbs all the wetness. When you vacuum it up it is just a dry pile of sand basically.
This is now a product I will never be without!
I also bought the carpet cleaner from Natures Miracle but honestly I have not needed it yet. When I use it I will put a report on it here as well.
