Pros: You do not feel the other person moving on the bed.
Cons: Failed side rails, failed inflatable air chambers, failed motors, stretched ticking and compressed foam.
This is the most frustrating mattress I have ever had. We have used it for 7 years, and in that time the company has been cooperative enough to replace failed side rails, failed inflatable air chambers, failed motors, stretched ticking and compressed foam. In fact we figure we have had at least 4 or 5 new mattresses with all the replacement pieces. They used to have a website and the company is now hard to find on the web. They still answer the original phone number, but beside replacing one badly designed system with the other, there is no hope for this mattress. The side rails will fail, the motor will break but worst of all, the mattresses will have a hammocking effect with a large lump in the middle if you keep it long enough. The worst part is that your body will ache without support...I wanted to try select comfort, but they only guarantee the foam pieces for a short time...all foam compresses. I hear the VSS sleep system is better especially for hammocking, but it cost about three thousand dollars and I don't know how their customer service is. You cannot get any information on this company unless you leave your name address and phone number as they won't email you unless you speak to a salesperson. Why can't someone invent a bed that really is comfortable and lasts?
