Inconsistent Performance

Really, really disappointed in this product. Although the mapping software installation went flawlessly and the GPS unit's USB interface is nice, I found that positioning information was sometimes grossly inaccurate. I don't know if this was a function of atmospheric interference or shortcomings in the mapping software. My home on the mapping software vs my GPS "position" was off by about a city block and a half (I live in a rural area with good line of site to the sky). Other times the unit would show my position perfectly. It seems like the unit performed well on major highways and toll roads and fell short on the street level area. Although this unit has inaccuracies I wasn't expecting a lot from a complete GPS package for $119.
